原有四條路線選擇（需符合印章要求才可申請熊野古道部分）
1. 滝尻王子 → 熊野本宮大社：38 公里，需蓋 18 個印章
2. 熊野那智神社 → 熊野本宮大社：30 公里，需蓋 10 個印章
3. 高野山 → 熊野本宮大社：70 公里，需蓋 10 個印章
4. 發心門王子 → 熊野本宮大社 → （再搭車）參拜熊野速玉大社 & 那智大社：7 公里，需蓋 10 個印章
新增加的第 5 條路線：
扇ヶ浜潮垢離 → 鬪雞神社（大邊路路段）
需任選兩個印章，並參拜以下地點：
熊野三大社（熊野本宮大社、熊野速玉大社、熊野那智大社）
大齋原（大斎原）
青岸渡寺（那智青岸渡寺）
飛瀧神社（飛瀧神社）
共需合計 10 個印章
這條新增的路線特別設計為「海岸路線」，方便使用大眾交通工具（如 JR 電車）或自駕方式完成，不需走山區，對初次朝聖或希望難度較低的旅者很友善。
